We got the much awaited Break Point Winner today. 'Ankith Joseph' from Federal Bank Ltd cracked the 11th question at first. Congratz to Ankith from the Space Team and he will receive the announced surprize gift at Swatantra 2017 .
We have crossed 500 hunters in just 3 days. It is definitely an incredible performance and total number of attempts is now above 30,000. Cluemaster is working hard to give the clues. Thanks for Cluemaster.
With hunt reaching its second day, it is continuing with the first day momentum. SwatantraHunt Telegram group designed by Space is getting wider acceptance than we expected. The telegram group is now having 100 plus hunters and getting heavy traffic each day. Currently SwatantraHunt has 350+ users and over 10000 Attempts. A 'Cluemasterbot' is designed to respond for the clue request from various users and is currently doing a fantastic job.
Swatantra Treasure Hunt after completing its first day received a warm welcome from both students and general Public. As of now, 130 plus students and 120 plus general public registered . They both on total made 5500 plus attempts for breaking the levels. Excited to see the responses in the upcoming days.

A three day Workshop on Web technologies was conducted at Government College Of Engineering , Kannur on March 11,12 and 13. This programme was Conducted by ICFOSS and Department of computer science , GCEK in association with Space. About 30 students from 1st,2nd and 3rd year of computer science participated in the event.
Women Hackathon, a 3 day workshop , second of its kind in this academic year was conducted at Government College of Engineering Kannur on 9,10 and 11 of November 2016.This program was conducted by Department of computer science and Space in association with ICFOSS with an objective of empowering women in the field of free software and information technology. More than 30 students of GCEK from various branches attended the program.
