June 10, 2009: SPACE will train women teacher educators of Kerala University as part of the Department of Education's initiative to support IT enabled teacher education. The training supported by Kerala State IT Mission is a follow up to the National Seminar on IT Enabled Teacher Education and Knowledge Management held last year.
The training will be held at Model Finishing School, Science and Technology Museum campus from June 8 to 16, 2009.

The Gender Evaluation Methodology workshop organised by SPACE in colloboration with APC WNSP and with the support of Kerala State IT Mission and SOMA concluded on 30 April 2009. The workshop was attended by researchers, trainers and representatives of women's organisations in Kerala. 12 March 2009: A sixty-day soft skills development and English language communication course begins at Insight today. Insight has been addressing the ICT skill development needs of the visually challenged in Kerala since May 2007.
